Tranquility is a two story vacation rental that can sleep up to 4 people. This home is a peaceful retreat just a short walk to historic downtown Salida. Tranquility is the key word for the location and the décor. This one bedroom, one bath home has all the features you want. The bedroom has a queen bed, a remodeled tile bath and hardwood floors. There is a dramatic spiral staircase leading up to the bedroom and bath. The piece de résistance is the adjacent deck to the upstairs bedroom - what fantastic views of the surrounding mountains! Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or a glass of wine watching the sunset. The eat-in kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer and is well supplied for your cooking adventures. The living room is on the main level and offers a queen futon for additional sleeping. Outside, a private fenced yard has a gas BBQ grill.

Tranquility is located with walking distance to the charming Salida Historic District, where you can enjoy Riverside Park, the Arkansas River trail, art galleries, shops, restaurants and more.

Rental Rates

Rates based on 2 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. Three night minimum stay during high seasons. All stays require a $10 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $40 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply.

Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House is often rented for longer than 30 days. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.
