This is true loft living with exposed brick, 15 foot ceilings and with floor to ceiling windows! Open, bright and convenient Sunshine Loft is ideal for a couple alone or with a friend or two. The kitchen, dining and living area is a large open room with skylight and walk-out deck with urban and mountain views. Sleeping accomodations include a queen bed in the lower level bedroom, plus a day bed and sofa in the living area. There is a bath with shower on the main level, and a half bath off the bedroom. Walk out the door to the charming galleries, cafes and shops. The river is 2 blocks away. Just two blocks to the Arkansas River for fishing, rafting and kayaking fun!

Rental Rates
Rates based on 3 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. Three night minimum stay during high seasons. Stays of three nights or less incur a one-time $50 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House is often rented for longer than 30 days.
