This incredible loft is newly renovated and located above the downtown shops on F Street.

The loft has exposed brick, 17 foot ceilings, a wall of windows and a huge sky light. The first level has a large living room, kitchen, spare bed, full bath and sunny deck.. New kitchen with granite counters, new bath with large tiled shower and double vanity. A steel spiral stair case goes down to the huge bedroom with queen bed, foldup twin mattress, half bath and laundry.

Just two blocks to the Arkansas River for fishing, rafting and kayaking fun!

Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $50 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Extra rates apply for pets.
