Description The River Rambler is located in Howard, between Salida and Cotopaxi. The house sits on over 2 acres of land and offers direct access to the famous Arkansas River known for its world class rafting, kayaking & fishing. This brick ranch-style house offers everything you
need for a great vacation - in the most peaceful and scenic setting
possible! You can relax on either of the two covered patios, each
with its own spectacular views. The Arkansas River is right in your
back yard. You might even want to bring your fishing pole/fly rod
to catch a beautiful rainbow, or Your 3 bedroom home is located in the heart of Colorado, close to all of the popular & desired activities. You will have a full kitchen filled with all of the amenities. The comforting living room has a brick fireplace and plenty of seating area, to enjoy the friends and family that accompany you. The dining room has 2 large viewing windows and a wood burning stove. It's a great place to tell relax and tell stories about your day. Two of the bedrooms have connected bathrooms adjoining them. All three bedrooms have a queen bed, and an additional twin bed in the third bedroom. The sofa is also a hide-a-bed for larger groups that stay. Come and give us a visit, and we'll provide you a cherished memory to take home! Enjoy fishing or rafting from the back of the property. Please note that the land slopes down to the river steeply. It is a good hike back up to the house, so you may want to drive down there instead! We also have a new firepit that you can enjoy with great views of the river. NO SMOKING. Rental Rates
Rates based on 6 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. All stays require a $30 cleaning fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy. . Pet fee $10 per night. Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. See policies for more informationt. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $85 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to owner occupancy. Discounts may be available for smaller groups and for extended periods of time. |
