Description

The Riverhouse is a three bedroom cabin located on the Arkansas River just a mile and a half from downtown Buena Vista. Whether you want to fish or just enjoy the great views, this is the place!. Very private, treed acreage and a large deck make this a perfect retreat.

The master bedroom has a king bed and large private master bathroom (including a jacuzzi tub). The second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has two twin beds that can convert to a king. There is extra sleeping space for kids in a finished room outside. The living room is large with comfortable furniture, including a futon for extra guests.

The kitchen and dining room offer great views of the river. The Riverhouse is just the right spot for those looking for river access, trees, rocks, comfort and privacy - while still in hiking or biking distance to downtown.

The cabin is in Buena Vista. Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

Rental Rates

Rates based on 8 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. All stays require a $40 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. See policies for more information. Stays off two nights or less incur a one-time $90 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights and eight days. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.

Discounts may be available for smaller or larger groups and for extended periods of time.
