The serene sounds of Chalk Creek floating through nearly every room, the beauty of the Chalk Cliffs of Mt. Princeton and the gorgeous view of Mt. Antero are awaiting you. Enjoy the surrounding splendor from one of the three decks. Watch the mule deer roaming the property. Gaze at the majestic stars from the hot tub overlooking the stream and enjoy a beautiful Colorado evening. Rippling Waters, a beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom/3 bathroom property, provides all of this and more!
Upper Level: Master bedroom, adjoining master bathroom and private balcony overlooking the stream.
Main Level: Two bedrooms (one has a queen bed; the other has a queen bed and a twin bed), bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. Guests will enjoy the open floor plan and flow from the indoor space to the expansive outdoor deck overlooking the stream. The kitchen has a fabulous large island with seating for 5. The dining area features a custom hand-made table with seating for up to 10. The living room is flooded with light from the many windows and French doors and features a wood burning fireplace.

Once you’re ready to step off the property, the options are plentiful. A fisherman’s paradise, there is stream and lake fishing within minutes. You can cast your line in the backyard for brook trout or fish nearby Wright’s Lake or Chalk Lake, both of which are stocked with rainbow trout several times throughout the summer. Guests can enjoy the local hiking trails or climb one of the many 14ers amongst the Collegiate Peaks. During the summer months, guests can take advantage of the numerous whitewater rafting tours available locally or kayak the waters within the Arkansas Valley.
For those wanting to explore high country, but not by foot, ATV, Jeep and snowmobile rentals are available in nearby Buena Vista and Poncha Springs. As the aspen turn golden during the transition from summer to fall, you can explore historic mining towns, take in wildlife and enjoy the majestic views along the continental divide. During the winter months, groomed snowmobile trails offer equally beautiful views. For downhill skiing and snowboarding, it’s just a 40 minute drive to Monarch ski area. Monarch Dog Sled Rides provides a unique winter adventure through the San Isabel National Forest.
Additional activities in the area include horseback riding, golfing, mountain biking, rock climbing, ziplining, stand-up paddle boarding, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. The hot springs and spa at Mt. Princeton are less than five minutes away and can provide a relaxing end to your adventurous day.
