The Princeton View Cabin sits on a high mesa nestled among ponderosa pines and aspen trees with views of several 14,000 foot mountain peaks. This large upscale home is great for 4-6 people looking to vacation in style in the mountains.

Custom woodwork and high-end finishes are found throughout the cabin. The cabin has two bedrooms and two baths; one of which is a large master loft suite with a king bed and separate bathroom, while the other bedroom boasts a queen bed with its own bathroom. The large living area with high tongue and grove aspen and pine ceilings has couches and chairs plus a futon that can sleep two more people. The living room has BOSE surround sound and TV/VCR for relaxing. The full kitchen has custom slate tile counters and floors, a small bar and a large eating area. The deck outside is perfect for morning coffee or watching the amazing sunset over the tall mountains. Wildlife frequents the area, allowing for viewing pleasure. The cabin is 15-20 minutes from either Buena Vista or Salida. Pets are allowed with prior approval. NO SMOKING.

Rental Rates

Rates based on 4 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. All stays require a $20 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $70 cleaning fee.See policies for more information.. Weekly price is based on 7 nights and eight days. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.
