Description

The Ponderosa at Chalk Creek is a gorgeous vacation home above the Chalk Creek Valley, near the Chalk Cliffs. The home is on four levels and features incredible views and creekside fun. It is spacious and offers great entertainment areas both inside and out. The Ponderosa features two master bedrooms with private baths on the top floor. Two more bedrooms (each with queen beds) are on the main level and a large area on the lowest level offers sleeping for four and a game room with both a pool table and foosball table.

The heavily treed lot offers beautiful views and privacy, as well as easy access to the creek for fishing or wading. Decks and balconies provide plenty of outdoor living and entertainment space. You can enjoy peace and quiet in ultimate luxury as well as nearby sights such as the Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort less than a mile away, St. Elmo, hiking the Colorado Trail, climbing 14ers or rafting down the Arkansas River. Salida and Buena Vista are only 15-20 minutes away for all your shopping and dining needs.

Rental Rates

Rates based on 8 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy.All stays require a $50 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. See policies for more information. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $135 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.

Discounts may be available for smaller groups or for extended periods of time.
