Pinon Junction is a great vacation home for families that love to ski, hike, fish or raft! Perfectly situated - a short drive to either Salida or Poncha Springs and only 15 minutes to the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, 25 minutes to Monarch Ski Resorts and 10 minutes to rafting outfitters.

This four bedroom modular ranch-style home on two acres of pinons gives you the best easy in/easy out location for winter and summer activities in Chaffee County you'll have plenty of privacy - your only neighbors are the horse and burro in a fenced enclosure. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the other two have double beds. The master bedroom has a private full bath. There is a futon in the family room for extra sleeping.

You will enjoy the views of area 14ers from both inside and out. With two large living areas, satellite TV and a large, well-stocked kitchen, the Pinon Junction is your perfect home away from home in the Collegiate Peaks!

Rental Rates

Rates based on 8 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. All stays require a $40 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Three night minimum stay during the high season. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $100 cleaning fee. See policies for more details. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.

Discounts may be available for smaller groups or for extended periods of time.
