Charm & Convenience!! Our House is a sweet two story, turn of the century, Dutch Colonial in peaceful Salida. The first floor offers a large kitchen, comfortable living room with futon, dining room, office, laundry room and full bath. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a full bath. The large back yard has plenty of room for relaxing and eating outdoors. The whole house is furnished in charming antiques and will make you feel right at home with plants, books and movies for your enjoyment. Our House is located about a mile from the charming Salida Historic District, where you can enjoy Riverside Park, the Arkansas River trail, art galleries, shops, restaurants and more.

Rental Rates
Rates based on 4 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. Three night minimum stay during high seasons. All stays require a $10 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $70 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House is often rented for longer than 30 days. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy. |
