Description

The Treehouse Hot Springs is a gorgous vacation home near Mt. Princeton and the Chalk Cliffs. The double octagon cabin is elevated to take advantage of the fabulous views. The private hot springs pool is 27 feet long and can be used for swimming, soaking and volleyball games!

Four bedrooms offer a comfortable queen bed.. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds. The house has four full baths, including one with a deep round soaking tub. There are two living rooms, on either side of the kitchen and dining room. There is a sofabed in one living room.

The Treehouse Hot Springs sits on over an acre that includes 450 feet of Chalk Creek frontage. There is a perfect spot for tent camping down by the Creek, which offers room for two tents, electricity and wood decking.

If you are looking for privacy, fishing, comfortable living space and the large hot springs pool - this is the best spot in the county!

The heavily treed lot offers beautiful views and privacy, as well as easy access to the creek for fishing or wading. Close to Mount Princeton, St. Elmo, hiking the Colorado Trail, climbing 14ers or rafting down the Arkansas River. Salida and Buena Vista are only 15-20 minutes away for all your shopping and dining needs.

Rental Rates

Rates based on 10 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy.All stays require a $40 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. See policies for more information. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $125 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.

Discounts may be available for smaller groups or for extended periods of time.
