Located within short walking distance to the charming Salida Historic District, the quaint home is perfect for those who want to get up and be at the coffee shop, River Park or galleries in a hop, skip and jump. This one bedroom, one bath home is perfect for a couple who need a romantic getaway, the two or three friends who want to check out the Salida Scene or the small family of four on their vacation. The interior has wood and tile floors, exposed wood beams, large windows. The open floor plan makes one feel at home either conversing or simply relaxing. The entire home is recently remodeled and updated and has a gas "log" stove. However cozy, visitors have to remember that they are only 5-10 minutes away from the mountains and all the adventure they bring! Close to skiing and rafting.

Rates based on 2 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. Three night minimum stays All stays require a $10 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy).required during high seasons. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $35 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights and eight days. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply.
