Rental Rates

Rates based on 4 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. Three night minimum stay during high seasons. All stays require a $20 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $70 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply.

Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House is often rented for longer than 30 days. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.
