Description

The Gold Rush is a perfect Colorado cabin for a large family or group. Located near the Chalk Cliffs, the property is adjacent to the Chalk Creek. The cabin is less than three miles from the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. If you don'tt want to make the drive, enjoy the hot tub on the deck!

The Gold Rush has four bedrooms on the main level. There is a king in the master, and the other three have queen beds. Kids will like the sleeping loft with two twin beds. We even have a pack'nplay for the baby! The large kitchen opens to both the dining room and living room with floor to ceiling windows. And the huge family room gives you room to spread out for dining, games or relaxing.

The cabin has just been remodelled and features brand new bathrooms, new floors and beadboard wainscotting. Outside, the cabin is nestled in beautiful aspen trees and has fabulous views. You can fish in the Chalk Creek just at the rear of the property and can hike to the Colorado Trail and the Agnes Vailles falls. Also close by is the trailhead for Mt. Princeton and the ghost town of St. Elmo.

Rental Rates

Rates based on 8 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy.All stays require a $50 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. See policies for more information. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $100 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights and eight days. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.

Discounts may be available for smaller or larger groups and for extended periods of time.
