Dream Catcher is your perfect mountain getaway! On beautiful treed acreage, adjacent to national forest land with miles of trails. Located between Salida and Buena Vista, the house is a short drive to the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. Don't want to get in the car? No problem, there is a large jacuzzi tub in the master suite. The views from both house and deck are unbelievable - Mt Princeton is framed from most windows and you can see many other mountains as well. This house is comfortable for one large family, or two smaller ones.

The Dream Catcher has three levels for your family to enjoy. The main level has the large open kitchen, dining area, living room (with queen sofa bed), queen bedroom and bath with steam shower. The lower level has a family room with game table and a bedroom with double bed and two twin mattresses for the kids. The top floor is the lofted master suite with queen bed and windows with awesome mountain views. There is also a full bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub, and laundry area.

Rental Rates

Rates based on 6 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. All stays require a $30 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy) Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $90 cleaning fee.See policies for more information.. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.
