Description

This home is the perfect retreat for a honeymoon couple or small family. The cabin is located at the base of the scenic Chalk Cliffs on a private wooded lot. Deer and hummingbirds frequent the area and often drop by for a visit. This two bedroom rustic cabin is less than three miles from the famous Mt. Princeton Hot Springs resort, making it easy to go for a soak or two after rafting, horseback riding, hiking or biking.

The main level of the cabin offers a small kitchen and living room with wood-burning fireplace. The top level has a large master bedroom with new pillowtop queen bed, reading area, balcony and private bath.

The lowest level of the cabin is reached through an outside door and contains a double bed, twin trundle bed, large chair, game table, washer/dryer and bathroom with shower.

Activities are all very close or just a short drive away. Salida and Buena Vista are twenty minutes away, and have all the restaurants and culture you could want. Close to the ghostown of St. Elmo and a scenic drive to skiing or rafting. A very affordable vacation!

Rental Rates

Rates based on 4 person occupancy. $15pp/pn for persons above occupancy. Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. Stays of less than three nights incur a cleaning fee of $60. All stays require a $20 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy)See policies for more information. The weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply.
