Description

Dancing Aspen is a sweet house tucked in the mountains between Salida and Monarch Ski Resort.

The living room offers comfy seating, TV, and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and has everything you need to make meals and snacks. The great room off the kitchen has a large dining room table, office area and a family room area (including a sleeper sofa). Each bedroom has a queen bed and dressers. The large bathroom has a deep tub and separate shower. The smaller one includes a washer and dryer, as well as a toilet and sink.

Dancing Aspen is located between Salida and the Monarch Ski Area.

No smoking. Pets on approval only.

Rental Rates

Rates based on 4 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. See policies for more information. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $85 cleaning fee. All stays require a $20 laundry fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply.

Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.

Discounts may be available for extended periods of time.
