Description

The name says it all - this sweet home is located right on Chalk Creek in the tiny community of Alpine. Just a few miles from the ghost town of St. Elmo, it is a beautiful spot to enjoy the Mt Princeton area.

Cozy Creek Cabinis a three bedroom that sleeps like a five bedroom! The master bedroom is on the main level and has a queen bed. Upstairs are two large bedrooms - one with two queen beds and the other with two double beds. There is a bathroom on each level.

Also on the main level is a living room, kitchen and dining area, plus a sun room. There are decks off two sides of the house, plus great outdoor spaces down near the creek.

You access the Chalk Creek down a series of rock "steps" down the slope from the house. Down by the creek are several areas for fishing, camping and relaxing. The creek is fenced for most of that area, so you don't need to worry about kids falling in, but you can walk farther down to where you can access the creek directly.

There is also a large garage that renters are permitted to use.

Rental Rates

Rates based on 8 person occupancy. $10 pp/pn for persons above occupancy.All stays require a laundry fee of $40. Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. Stays of less than three nights incur a cleaning fee of $125. See policies for more information. The weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply.
