This brand-new, custom log home has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The famiy room offers additional sleeping with a set of bunkbeds and an air mattress. With both a greatroom on the main level and a family room on the lower level, there is plenty of room for both adults and kids to spend time indoors. But it is the decks where you might find yourself spending most of your time!

This treed lot offers beautiful views and privacy, as well as easy access to the creek for fishing or wading. You can enjoy peace and quiet in ultimate luxury as well as nearby sights such as the Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort less than a mile away, St. Elmo, hiking the Colorado Trail, climbing 14ers or rafting down the Arkansas River. Salida and Buena Vista are only 15-20 minutes away for all your shopping and dining needs.

Rental Rates

Rates based on 6 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy.All stays require a $30 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. See policies for more information. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $100 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.
