The Cliffside Apartment is a unique rental located above the garage of the Cliffside Home, a 3 bedroom vacation home in the Chalk Creek Valley, just under the 800 feet tall Chalk Cliffs. The apartment mirrors the octagon shape of the main house (a Frank Lloyd Wright design).

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bath. The small kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home, and opens to the large living room with sleeper sofa. The Cliffside Apartment offers satellite TV, limited free long-distance and a washer and dryer. The fireplace makes the living room a cozy haven on cold nights.

The views of Mt. Princeton and the Chalk Cliffs are astonishing from every window. Deer roam freely on the treed acreage and are very friendly.

Enjoy the delights of the area including the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, Colorado Trail and St. Elmo (ghost town). The Cliffside Apartment is a very affordable option for a family or small group looking to spend time in the mountains.

Rental Rates

Rates based on 4 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. All stays require a $20 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. Stays of less than three nights incur a $40 cleaning fee. See policies for more information. The weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.

Discounts may be available for smaller groups and for extended periods of time.
