Description

The Casa del Rio is located just south of Buena Vista, Colorado. It overlooks the beautiful Arkansas River, which offers world class fishig, rafting and kayaking.

The cabin is about 60 yards from the river and has a community fishing easement along the river; there is also a public boat-launch and fishing access just across the river over the bridge. You can even walk to River Runners Rafting for whitewater rafting.

The house has just been remodelled and has a master bedroom with private bath and jacuzzi tub on the main level. Gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room and second bathroom are also on the main level.

The lower level has three bedrooms, laundry room and full bath, as well as a family room. Enjoy games and TV in this room, which can also sleep two to four people.

There are two decks with tremendous river and mountain views. Renters are welcome to use one side of the two car garage. ATV'ers will love easy access to miles of trails right across the river - no trailering necessary!!

Rental Rates

Rates based on 8 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. All stays require a $40 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. See policies for more information. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $100 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights and eight days. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply.
