Description The Garden Carriage House is a lovely two story brick building only one block from downtown Salida. Located in a quiet courtyard, set way back from the street, the carriage house has a kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining area on the main level. The living room has a comfy love seat and queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs is a large bedroom with king bed. Outside in the large courtyard there is a grill and outdoor table set. This large one bedroom is the perfect spot, whether you are in Salida to raft, kayak, bike or just enjoy our small town. The Garden Carriage House is only half a block to Alpine Park and a block to the Salida Library. Stroll to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Salida. Rental Rates
Rates based on 4 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. Three night minimum stay during high seasons. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $40 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House is often rented for longer than 30 days.
