Description

Antero Ridge is a newer, large cabin on acreage with spectacular views of the Collegiate Peaks, Chalk Cliffs and Chalk Creek Valley.

The house is a perfect home base for your explorations of the amenities of the area. Each bedroom has its own bath for complete privacy. The upstairs has two matching master suites, each with king bed and private bath. The two bedrooms on the main level (one with a king bed, the other with two twins) each have their own bath. There is also a half bath off of the kitchen.

The living room has two levels of windows overlooking the unique Chalk Cliffs, as well as a cozy gas log fireplace. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and opens to the dining room. The 2-car garage leads to easy access to the kitchen and the rest of the house. The cabin is kept toasty in cold weather with radiant in-floor heat.

The Antero Ridge is located just above the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs and an easy drive to the, Colorado Trail, Agnes Vailles waterfall, ghost town of St. Elmo, horse-back riding and mountain climbing. And it is just a short drive from the Arkansas River for whitewater rafting, fishing or kayaking.

Rates based on 8 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. . Stays of less than three nights incur a $120 cleaning fee. All stays require a $40 laundry fee, with $5 additional per person for occupancy over 8. See policies for more information. The weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Above defined seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. House may or not be available for dates above. House has limited availability due to Owner occupancy.

Discounts may be available for smaller groups and for extended periods of time.
