Description

This newly renovated historic house is a perfect base for exploring Salida. Walking distance to both downtown and Highway 50 businesses. Families will find lots of room to spread out - while the house has only two traditional bedrooms., There is a full futon in the second bedroom as well as in the tiny "half" beddroom.

Kitchen, dining and living room are comfortably furnished and provide a great "home away from home". The large bathroom has a claw foot tub and separate shower.

Rates based on 6 person occupancy. $10pp/pn for persons above occupancy. All stays require a $30 laundry fee (plus $5 per person over normal occupancy). .Minimum stay of three nights during high seasons. See policies for more information. Stays of two nights or less incur a one-time $60 cleaning fee. Weekly price is based on 7 nights. Applicable sales and lodging taxes apply. Extra rates apply for pets.

Discounts may be available for smaller or larger groups and for extended periods of time.
