MARKETING- we market and advertise your home while you still manage all other aspects. Includes web postings, direct marketing, in and out of state advertising, strong web presence and primary phone/e-mail contact and confirmation reservation handling. You still handle check-in/out, payments, deposits, all renter contact during/after stay, maintenance and cleaning.
MARKETING AND BOOKING- we market AND book your home. Includes all marketing for property and all renter contact before, during and after stay. We take reservations, handle all payments/deposits and check in/out. You still handle all cleaning and maintenance responsibilities. Monthly/annual financial statements provided.
MANAGEMENT- we handle ALL management responsibilities of the property. Includes marketing, booking, all contact with renters, check in/out, cleaning, maintenance, all vendor contact, property inspections, project supervision and monthly/annual property financial statements.
CARETAKING- Don’t want to rent your home out? We can look after it for you. Includes scheduled interior/exterior property inspections, light timers, alarm monitoring and checks, project supervision, maintenance and cleaning. We can even water the plants!
CLEANING- Our cleaners can handle cleaning before and/or after you stay at your vacation home, or after family or your own paying guests. We do need ample notice for cleaning, especially during busy summer months.
